Terms and Conditions
Right to Cancel
We hope you are happy with the cover this policy provides. However if after reading the certificate and wording, this insurance does not meet with your requirements, there is a 14 day “cooling off period” during which you can return it to the issuing agent, and any premium already paid will be refunded to you providing you have not travelled or providing that the departure date has not passed, no claim has been made or is intended to be made and no incident likely to result in a claim has occurred. We reserve the right to deduct from the rebate of premium the necessary costs incurred in processing the original sale and cancellation. We shall not be bound to accept renewal of any insurance and may at any time cancel any insurance document by sending 14 days notice to you at your last known address.
