Cruise Travel Insurance Policies
For many people there’s nothing more relaxing than heading out to sea on a beautiful cruise liner, relaxing by the pool and stopping off at stunning travel destinations along the way. But, as with any other holiday, cruises can come with certain risks so it’s important to ensure you have a cruise travel insurance arranged before you leave port. At Navigator, we want to help you find a suitable policy for your trip so that you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.
Whether you’re cruising through the Mediterranean, Caribbean or any of the other oceans of the world, there’s no doubt that you’ll have a fantastic time. Hopefully, you won’t have to contend with any difficulties along the way, but cruises do come with the same risks as any other holiday. As you spend your day relaxing on deck and heading out into unknown foreign towns there can be potential stumbling blocks so it’s as important as any other holiday to have a travel insurance policy to suit your needs.
Depending on the length of your cruise and the number of cruises you manage to pack into a year, you have a range of options for travel insurance policies.
Cruising is covered on our NAVIGATOR SILVER, NAVIGATOR GOLD or NAVIGATOR DIAMOND policies only. Our other policies, such as Navigator Standard, Navigator Plus, Standard Longstay, are with a different underwriter, and do NOT cover Cruising at all.
For a one off cruise less than 45 days then Navigator’s Short Stay Single Trip policy should cover your requirements. If you’re lucky enough to be going on a cruise for even longer than that then you should consider our Long Stay Single Trip policy which will cover up to 18 months (if you want to go all Columbus on us!). Alternatively, if you plan on going on multiple cruises in a year, or an additional holiday to your cruise then the Annual Multi-Trip policy will likely cater to your requirements best and will be more economical than buying several separate single trip cruise travel insurance policies.
Whatever your circumstances, our aim at Navigator is to find you the most suitable travel insurance policy. If you can’t find the information you need here on the site then give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to find you the cheapest cruise travel insurance out there. Of course, if you know exactly what you want then you can go and get a quote online right now!
